Work begins on Wellness Path at Windom Area Hospital
The new Wellness Path is well on its way to reality at Windom Area Hospital.
Crews broke ground on the project earlier this week, near the farmsite that is northwest of the hospital. The Toro Company played a big role in the project.
Toro donated $100,000 to the Super Bowl Legacy Fund, which in turn donated it to the school and hospital. A total of $75,000 in SBLF funds will be used for the path, $15,000 for the school's Fuel Up for 60 breakfast program and $10,000 in administrative costs for the SBLF.
